Privacy policy

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Aeternus Fortis d.o.o., Castel San Pietro Terme 4, 51410 Opatija, Croatia. For any privacy questions write to info@aeternus-fortis.hr.

2. What we collect and why

Contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive your full name, email address, company name (if you enter it), the service you selected and your message. We use them only to reply and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your enquiry, i.e. steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

WhatsApp and email. If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, we see the details you share (phone number, email address, message content) and use them only to talk with you.

Technical data. The server briefly logs standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site working.

3. Cookies and browser storage

The site stores only small settings in your browser: your chosen theme (light or dark) and your cookie choice. They are necessary for the site to work and are not used for tracking.

If you accept cookies, we may enable anonymous visit analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see which pages are read. If you decline, analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser, after which we will ask again.

4. Demo AI agents

The agents on the "Try AI" page show illustrative conversations and in this version run in your browser. Please do not enter personal or confidential information.

5. Who else sees the data

We do not sell data. To run the site we use service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (site hosting and protection) and Resend (delivering form messages to our email). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by the GDPR.

6. How long we keep data

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply and discuss working together, and then delete them, unless the law requires longer retention (for example for an offer that became a contract).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Send your request to info@aeternus-fortis.hr. If you believe we have infringed your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is always shown at the top of the page.
