Does the assistant work in Croatian and English?
Yes. It replies in the language the guest writes in, and we prepare the house rules, arrival and local tips together with you.
What if a guest asks something the assistant does not know?
The assistant does not make up answers. When it is unsure or the topic is sensitive (complaint, payment, emergency) it hands the message to you.
Which channel does it run on?
We agree it based on how you work, most often WhatsApp or a widget on your website. We confirm which channel is available at the first call.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the number of properties and the channel. That is why we start with a short call and a pilot on one property, and only then agree on a price.
What happens to guest data?
We collect only what is needed to reply. The details are on the Data and security page.
