No big words: what we do, what we do not do, and what you can ask of us.
Principles
- Only what is needed. We collect only the data necessary for the task at hand.
- People decide. Sensitive steps (payment, quote, replying to a complaint) are not executed by AI alone, but with your approval or by handing over to you.
- No selling of data. We do not sell client or guest data or use it for advertising.
- Access and keys. We keep credentials and API keys as secrets in the provider's system, not in code or documents.
What is live today
Messages from the contact form go straight to our email. The demo agents on the "Try AI" page run in your browser in this version and do not send your messages to our servers.
When we build a solution for you
Before we start we agree which data the solution touches, where it is processed and who has access. If the solution processes personal data of your guests or customers, you are the controller and we are the processor, and we cover this in a data processing agreement.
Which AI model is used and where data is processed is stated in the offer for each project. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data. Write to info@aeternus-fortis.hr.
